Application for Membership
To the Membership Committee:
I/We hereby make application for membership in the HUMBOLDT BUILDERS' EXCHANGE, INC. If accepted for membership, I/we agree to abide by the provisions set forth in the Bylaws and any subsequent rules, regulations and policies which might be adopted by the Board of Directors. I/we will be eligible to receive all services and benefits offered by the Exchange.
I/we agree that if we terminate our membership in the HUMBOLDT BUILDERS' EXCHANGE, INC., we do hereby agree to do so by sending written notice to the Executive Director and to pay, concurrently with such notice, all obligations to the HUMBOLDT BUILDERS' EXCHANGE, INC., including the payment of all sums due and owing.
New Regular and Associate members are charged a one-time initiation fee of $100.00 when joining in addition to the membership dues shown on the application. All member dues are payable in advance. Payment of the initiation fee, where applicable, and dues in the amount appropriate for the type of membership selected, must accompany a signed application.

Regular, Associate and Professional Membership includes a subscription to the Electronic Weekly Bulletin and a free listing in the Annual Construction Referral Guide.
Only Regular members are entitled to access the projects on file in the Planroom or in the Online Planroom.
REQUIRED TAX NOTICE:
Payments to H.B.E. are not deductible as charitable contributions on your income tax return. They may be deductible as trade or business expenses if ordinary and necessary in the conduct of your business. |
