Class - Erosion Control Regulations
"The Clean Water Act prohibits the discharge of any pollutant by any person, and implements stringent limitations that are necessary to achieve water quality standards. (33 U.S.C. section 1311(b)(1)(B) and (C)). Failure to comply with water quality standards may subject the Discharger to an enforcement action under the Water Code, including administrative civil liabilities under Water Code Section 13350."
