Effective January 1, 2008, employers will need to provide workers' comp auditors with original time cards or time sheets showing start and stop times for all non-salaried construction and erection trade employees at the time of audit. This verification procedure is a new requirement of the Workers' Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau and the California Department of Industrial Relations.

Attend this seminar and you will find out how you can comply with these requirements because:

  • Accurate records and correct payroll reporting will reduce the possibility of unexpected premium owed at the end of the policy period
  • Failure to do so will mean your payroll will be reported in the higher-rated class code.
